Every Penny Helps

In 2025, stepping into adulthood and the real world at eighteen, I’m entering a time of uncertainty. The cost of education is rising, Pell Grants are at the risk of being cut, and for many in my generation, the future feels more out of reach than ever. Still, I am choosing to believe in what is possible not just for myself, but for the impact I want to make.

I am a photographer, but more than that, I am a storyteller. My dream is to amplify the voices of small, ethical businesses and charitable organizations across America. I want to use my lens and my voice to spotlight the good, the genuine, and the people working tirelessly to uplift their communities.

That’s why I’ve chosen to study Marketing; to sharpen the skills of communication and promotion so I can not only tell these stories effectively, but also ensure they’re seen and heard by the people who need to see them. By 2029, I am determined to have built a business dedicated to this mission.

I know how uncertain that future may sound, but I am fully committed. This isn’t just a career goal it’s my purpose.

Every resource, every penny, every ounce of support my community has given me will be returned tenfold. I don't share this to beg, but to invite anyone who believes in storytelling, in community, and in the power of purpose to invest in the future I am building with both heart and hard work.
