Terms and Conditions
Scope of Services
I offer professional photography services including:

Event and commercial photography at $135 per hour

Portrait and headshot sessions at $125 per hour
These rates are valid until October 2026. After this date, pricing may increase incrementally.
Availability
Services are available Monday through Friday with flexible hours. Weekend bookings may be considered upon request and availability.
Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed once payment has been submitted.
The full amount must be paid no later than one (1) day before the event or session date.
Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
1 Cancellations
Clients may cancel at any time. However:
Refunds are only available within one (1) week of purchase.
After one week, payments become non-refundable.
2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session, but reschedules are not eligible for refunds.
If a reschedule cannot be accommodated due to scheduling conflicts, the booking may be treated as a cancellation without refund.
3 Situations Eligible for a Refund
Refunds are only offered if:
I do not show up to the event/session
Severe weather prevents the event from taking place and rescheduling is not possible
I am unable to deliver your photos
4 Situations NOT Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for reasons outside of my control, including but not limited to:
Personal appearance concerns (ex: “my face looked asymmetrical”)
Minor weather conditions (ex: clouds, wind, overcast skies)
Client dissatisfaction unrelated to technical quality or delivery failures
Changes of mind after the refund window has closed
Delivery of Photos
All final images will be delivered digitally via Dropbox or Google Drive.
Delivery times may vary depending on the size and nature of the project, but will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
Usage & Promotional Rights
Unless otherwise requested in writing:
I may use selected photos or clips from your session for promotional and portfolio purposes, including social media and website use.
Clients maintain fair-use rights to all final images provided to them.
Clients may opt out of promotional use at any time.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate event details and contact information
Ensuring all participants are aware of the photo session
Securing permissions required for the chosen location
Photographer Responsibility
I am committed to:
Arriving on time and providing quality photographic services
Delivering edited photos consistent with my portfolio style
Communicating clearly regarding schedule, expectations, and delivery
I am not responsible for:
Restrictions by venues, lighting conditions, or weather
Delays caused by clients, venue issues, or third parties
Agreement
By booking any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
